Contract Documents and Technical Specifications: Monument Signs Project
Sealed unit price bids will be received by the City of Forest Park Georgia from prospective contractors for the City’s “Forest Park – Monuments Signs” project. The work consists of furnishing and installing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and related services required for a complete project. This project includes but is not limited to providing the construction of a complete installation of five (5) “Monument Signs” at locations within the City, work is to include all traffic control, demolition, erosion and sediment control, clearing/trimming, grading, signage, landscaping and all other activities and appurtenances to provide a complete “Forest Park – Monument Signs” project in Forest Park, Georgia.
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Thursday, June 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM EST at the City of Forest Park City Hall, City Council Meeting Room located at 745 Forest Parkway, Forest Park GA, 30297. Attendance of this meeting is “Strongly Encouraged”. A site tour is scheduled immediately following the Pre-Bid Conference.
Any questions pertaining to the requirements of the Contract Documents and Technical Specifications, either procedural or technical, shall be in writing and are to be submitted to the City of Forest Park; Attention: Procurement Department, via email at procurement@forestparkga.gov by Thursday, June 27th 2024 at 5:00 PM EST, Reference: “Forest Park – Monument Signs”. Sealed Bids will be received by the City of Forest Park at Forest Park City Hall, City Council Meeting Room located at 745 Forest Parkway, Forest Park GA, 30297 until Thursday, July 11th 2024 at 2:00 PM and then publicly opened and read aloud.
No bid may be modified, withdrawn, or canceled for a period of sixty (60) days after the time designated for the receipt of Bids or until the Bidder is notified by the City; whichever is sooner. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities, technicalities, and formalities.
