If you receive a CodeRED notification, listen carefully to the entire message and follow all instructions. You can repeat the message by pressing any key. Do not call 911 for further information unless directed to do so, or if you require emergency-related assistance.
What if I miss a CodeRED phone call?
The system will leave a message in your voicemail. If you do not have voicemail or if your phone line is busy, the system will attempt to call you again. At any point, you may redial the 1-800 number on your called ID to hear a replay of the missed message.
