City Offering Free Luau Bootcamp For Legacy Residents

FOREST PARK, Ga. — May 16, 2024 — Legacy residents looking for a fun, exciting exercise workout are encouraged to attend the City of Forest Park's A Healthier You Luau Bootcamp, which is scheduled for Wednesday, May 22, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Starr Park.

The FREE Hawaiian-themed event is being held in partnership with Our Community Healthcare System and will feature hula dancing, yoga and a step up challenge walk. Organizers for the event will also be offering a comprehensive nutrition course and lunch to all participants.

What: A Healthier You Luau Bootcamp (for adults ages 55 and up)
