Forest Park City Hall To Remain Closed On Dec. 27

FOREST PARK, Ga. — Dec. 26, 2022 — Forest Park City Hall will remain closed on Tuesday, Dec. 27, due to ongoing water service issues impacting several cities throughout Clayton County. The following offices and departments will be closed to the general public:  

  • City Hall (including Finance and executive offices)
  • Human Resources
  • Planning, Building and Zoning
  • Recreation and Leisure
  • Forest Park Senior Center

Repairs are currently underway to restore water service in and around the city limits. At this time, the Clayton County Water Authority does not have an estimated time on when service will be fully restored. Please note that Clayton County remains under a water boil advisory.
