Public Notice: City Of Forest Park To Conduct Helicopter Safety Training May 24-26

FOREST PARK, Ga. — May 23, 2022 — Fire and EMS crews from the City of Forest Park's Fire and Emergency Management Department will be conducting a special training on May 24-26 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., weather permitting.

The three-day training will take place near Fire Station #2, located at 785 Linda Way, Forest Park, Ga., 30297, and will focus on landing zone setup and helicopter safety. 

Please note that residents may see low flying helicopters in the Linda Way area. Loud noises will only be heard during the landing and takeoff portion of the training. For questions or concerns, please call 404-608-2373.
