Public Notice: Temporary Road Closure Announced For Oak Street

FOREST PARK, Ga. — June 21, 2024 — A temporary road closure will go into effect for Oak Street (between Georgia Avenue to Bridge Avenue) from Monday, June 24, through Friday, June 28. During this time, crews will be installing water and sewer lines in conjunction with the Clayton County Water Authority.

Prior to the upcoming scheduled road closure, detour signage will be installed in order to assist with the flow of vehicular traffic. If there is a need for the road closure to be extended or if additional closures are necessary, another public notice will be issued.
