FOREST PARK, Ga. — Jan. 21, 2025 — Forest Park City Hall and administrative offices will remain closed on Wednesday, Jan. 22, due to current winter conditions. All essential city services, including Fire, Police, E911 and Public Works, remain operational.

Public safety officials are urging everyone to STAY OFF THE ROADS until conditions improve. Traveling during this time is dangerous and could impede emergency response efforts. Please be aware that emergency response times may be delayed due to the severe weather. The safety of our first responders is critical to maintaining service.

The city's Public Works Department will continue to monitor the roads throughout the evening hours in response to the winter weather impacting the local area. Stay informed by monitoring local weather forecasts and updates from public safety officials.

Hazardous conditions are affecting the City of Forest Park due to the ongoing Winter Storm Warning, which remains in effect until 7 AM, Wednesday, January 22.

FOREST PARK, Ga. — Jan. 20, 2025 — Due to possible inclement winter weather, Forest Park City Hall and administrative offices will be closed on Tuesday, Jan. 21. All essential city services, including Fire, Police and Public Works, will not be impacted by the closure. 

Employees with telework opportunities will be working remotely in order to keep city operations running smoothly. Offices are expected to reopen on Wednesday, Jan. 22, during normal business hours.
