“Jovita was a pioneer and iconic journalist who truly served as an inspiration for so many others. For more than 20 years, her countless contributions and warm personality helped to make our world – both here at home and abroad – a better place. Our hearts and prayers go out to Jovita’s family, her colleagues at WSB-TV and the entire metro Atlanta community as we all mourn this tragic loss.”
