PUBLIC NOTICE: Unclaimed Bond Notice

PUBLIC NOTICE

Pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Forest Park, any cash bail which has been posted with the Forest Park Municipal Court and not claimed by the surety after a period of one year from the full disposition of the case shall be paid into the general fund of the City.  Claims for these monies should be made to the Forest Park Municipal Court Clerk's Office at 404-608-2363.  Any monies unclaimed within ninety (90) days of this notice shall be forfeited.
