FOREST PARK, Ga. — April 20, 2022 — Commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield announced the arrangement of a new long-term lease at the Gillem Logistics Center for Spreetail, an e-commerce fulfillment company based out of Nebraska.
At 909,509 square feet, Spreetail will occupy building 1100 within the industrial park, which is currently under construction and set to deliver in the second quarter of 2022. The building will be located at 200 Metcalf Rd. Extension in Forest Park and will be one of the largest and newest facilities at the Gillem Logistics Center.
“Building 1100 is a strategic location for Spreetail’s aggressive growth plans, and this park offers excellent access to metro Atlanta’s growing population, as well as an amplified southeastern reach,” added Adam Campbell, vice chairman at Cushman & Wakefield.
Totaling 1,168 acres, the Gillem Logistics Center is tailored to e-commerce and distribution companies. The industrial park also offers an unrivaled location with a mix of more than 30 restaurants, shops, and service-oriented establishments nearby, along with easy access to nearly all the area’s major transportation thoroughfares, including Interstate 675, Interstate 285 and Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
