Forest Park Launches New User-Friendly Phone System

FOREST PARK, Ga. — Aug. 1, 2022 — In an effort to increase access to municipal services for residents and businesses, the City of Forest Park has launched a new user-friendly phone system. The upgraded technology allows callers to quickly reach applicable city departments and/or staff members for general questions or assistance.  

Individuals who need to reach city offices and/or departments can now do so by dialing the main phone number (404) 366-4720 and selecting the following updated main menu options:  

  • For all emergencies, please hang up and dial 911 (no prompt)
  • To pay a traffic ticket (Press 0)
  • For City Clerk or Council Aides (Press 1)
  • For Parks, Park Rentals, or Recreation and Leisure (Press 2)
  • For Sanitation or Streets (Press 3)
  • For Permits and Zoning (Press 4)
  • For Business Licenses, Property Taxes or Finance (Press 5)
  • For Economic Development (Press 6)
  • For Human Resources (Press 7)
  • For Non-Emergency Police Services (Press 8)
  • For Non-Emergency Fire Services (Press 9)

Individuals in need of additional assistance can visit City Hall, located at 745 Forest Pkwy., Forest Park, Ga., 30297 during normal business hours or www.forestparkga.gov.
