Public Notice: Water Main Break Impacting Areas In Forest Park

FOREST PARK, Ga. — July 11, 2023 — The City of Forest Park was made aware of a water main break that occurred near the intersection of Phillips Drive and Morrow Road. Areas impacted include portions of Forest Park, Riverdale, Ellenwood, College Park and Morrow.

Crews from the Clayton County Water Authority are currently onsite working to make the necessary repairs and restore service. Residents in or near the immediate area may experience low to nonexistent water pressure. Customers who are experiencing these issues should boil their water before consuming it, as a boil water advisory has been issued for the affected areas as a precaution.
