Forest Park Police Apprehend Suspect In Double Homicide Incident

FOREST PARK, Ga. — Nov. 13, 2023 — Today, the Forest Park Police Department successfully apprehended the suspect linked to a double homicide that occurred on Sunday, Nov. 5. The individual in question is a 16-year-old juvenile, and their name is currently unavailable at this time.

The suspect will face several charges, including:

  • Two counts of Felony Murder
  • Two counts of Malice Murder
  • One count of Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony
  • Two counts of Aggravated Assault
  • One count of Possession of a Handgun by a Minor

The juvenile will be transported to the Department of Juvenile Justice to await proceedings on the aforementioned charges. This incident is still under investigation, and no additional information is available.
