Restore & Recover Yoga

This FREE yoga class will focus on helping participants become stronger through mind and body. Through this 5-week class, participants will explore and learn various poses and breathing techniques.  This class is designed for all fitness levels. Registration is not required

 

What to Bring:

Comfortable clothing that will allow movement.

Yoga Mat ( Yoga mats are provided for those in need on a first-come, first-serve basis)

Water 

Towel (optional)

 

Ages: 18+ 

Time: 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM
