Request for Qualifications: On- Call Plumbing Repairs and Maintenance Services

Services Being Provided: This project is to provide On- Call Plumbing Repairs and Maintenance Services at the City of Forest Park.

Requesting Department: Department of Public Works

Pre-Qualification Conference: Each proponent is strongly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid/Proposal Conference on the 28th of September 11:00 a.m. at the City of Forest Park Council Chambers.  All conferences will be held at the City of Forest Park City Hall (745 Forest Parkway Forest Park, GA 30297) 

Question Deadline: All questions must be submitted in writing no later than 5:00 p.m. on October 8, 2021 via email to ageeter@forestparkga.gov 

Qualification Statement Deadline: All qualification statements  submitted must be delivered to the City of Forest Park Department of Procurement no later than 2:00 p.m. on October 22, 2021.
