Fire and Emergency Services Department Hosting Open House On August 6

FOREST PARK, Ga. — July 21, 2022 — The City of Forest Park Fire and Emergency Services Department is inviting the public to attend its upcoming open house community event on Saturday, Aug. 6, from noon to 6 p.m.

During the event, individuals will have an opportunity to meet one on one with members of the department, while also getting an inside look into the day and life of a firefighter and emergency medical responder. 

Scheduled activities for the open house include fire truck demonstrations, a skills class, fire drill activities and more. There will also be free food, music and an award presentation for fire department personnel.
