Public Comments must be submitted NO LATER THAN 4:00 PM ON THE DAY OF THE MEETING.
The Mayor or Presiding Officer will recognize you when it is your turn to offer comments. Comments are limited to (3) minutes. Time limit subject to change.
PUBLIC COMMENT INFORMATION:
When addressing the Mayor and Council Members you must adhere to the following rules:
- State your name
- Address your remarks to the Mayor. In the Mayor’s absence, comments should be directed to the Presiding Officer.
- Respect all members of the elected body, including but not limited to all appointed officials and employees of the City. Defamation, unnecessary loudness, unruliness, and/or swearing will not be TOLERATED while meetings are in session.
